Olympus Ticket List

To view the ticket for your location click on the tickets list menu item on the left hand column.

Once the support tickets page has loaded you will see the list of all open tickets.

The header of the ticket screen displayes a search box in the upper right of the screen allowing for you to search tickets by name, ticket number, etc. In the upper right hand corner there is a new ticket button that is used to manually open a new ticket from within the Olympus portal. Please note that this is not the desired procedure for opening tickets. That will be covered in the instruction manual for the mobile application.

Below the header of the ticket screen is a secondary title header. This header describes each column of information for the tickets listed below. It also allows you to sort the tickets by simply clicking on the title name to sort. When you are ready to view a specific ticket click on the row listing the ticket.

Once the ticket has opened you will see all the details regarding the support ticket.
