What is Olympus?

Olympus™ is the brain child of two industry veterans who came together to create the most advanced IP based building automation system on the market. To start let me explain how Olympus™ is built. Olympus™ is built modularly, HVAC, FACP, Lighting, Sub-Metering, Emergency Lighting Monitoring, BMS. Each module may communicate with the other seamlessly in order to function in conjunction or autonomously in order to operate the most efficiently as possible.

FACP

Monitor every device connected to your buildings fire panel. We do not replace live monitoring service we enhance them. We give insight into what is happening at every send on your fire panel without the need to have a service technician physically connect to the panel and download a report.

Sub-Metering

Submetering allows property owners and managers to fairly allocate gas, water and electric costs to individual units within multifamily buildings, homeowners’ associations and developments. BMS

Battery management system (BMS) is technology dedicated to the oversight of a battery pack, which is an assembly of battery cells, electrically organized in a row x column matrix configuration to enable delivery of targeted range of voltage and current for a duration of time against expected load scenarios.

Emergency Lighting Monitoring (EBMS)

With our Emergency Lighting Management System (EBMS) we offer addressable emergency lighting testing with cloud-based remote management and monitoring.

2OC

Olympus™ Onsite Controller is the physical gateway connecting the local systems to the Olympus™ cloud. The 2OC is also a redundant controller in the event of loss of communication between the 2OC and Olympus™ cloud. The 2OC can run every schedule, automation and data collection scenario in order to maintain 99.99% uptime.
